Unfortunately Noom doesn’t have an API [https://noom.uservoice.com/forums/165676-feature-requests-noom-weight-for-android/suggestions/5227868-public-api-to-integrate-into-other-services], but will revisit once (if) they do.
Meanwhile, it should be possible to do one-off imports of csv files exported from Noom’s apps, but this requires some scripting [http://blog.zenobase.com/post/84362516897].
